Additionally Key Steel, Inc has 2 Roll Formers that can form almost any shape required.  We can roll form material as thick as 0.250" and as light as 18 gauge.  We have a complete machine and tool shop to support our equipment, therefore reducing the turnaround time that is needed to get a job done. 
 

Our Process: 

First of all we listen to you. We will work with you to determine your exact specifications for turbine components and all other custom sheet metal requirements.  You can send us drawings and we will form a sample, or we can duplicate your submitted samples.  From these, we will provide pricing informatio of wn, and this is all at no charge.  During the entire process we will maintain open and honest communications with you.
