Ergonomic
Design
Racks are ergonomically designed to
eliminate or reduce work related injuries,
lost workdays and the related costs. Each
Prime Design Rotation Rack includes
hydraulic assistance that allows the
operator to easily raise or lower a ladder
with the turn of the hydraulically
assisted handle. Increases
productivity and eliminates need for
unsafe and inefficient tie-down methods. |
Aluminum
Construction
Aluminum construction eliminates the
problem of rust. Stainless steel
hardware is used for all connections and
non-metallic bushings are used to
eliminate the potential of bi-metal
corrosion. Aluminum extrusions offer
a high strength to weight ratio.
Lightweight aluminum also allows a greater
portion of gross vehicle weight to be
available for revenue generating products.

Modular
Flexibility
You can combine a Rotation Rack, Clamp
Down or Base style rack in any
configuration with crossbars specified for
the style and length of ladders that you
carry. Your ladders are secure with Prime
Design's lockable Clamp Down and Rotation
mechanisms. |
